At Karleo, each garment is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders
All garments are created specifically for each client. Design details, fabrics, and embellishments are finalised during the consultation process. Once approved, changes may be limited depending on the stage of production.

Measurements & Fittings
Clients are requested to provide accurate measurements and attend scheduled fittings where required. Karleo is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Production Time
Each garment requires time for craftsmanship and detailing. Delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of order and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Payments
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be completed before the final delivery of the garment.

Returns & Exchanges
As all Karleo pieces are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Minor alterations may be accommodated where possible.

Care of Garments
Due to the delicate nature of couture fabrics and embroidery, garments should be handled and stored carefully. Dry cleaning by a specialist is recommended.
